A bin that can be used as an umbrella stand in rainy day and as a trash bin in sunny day, just fip it over.
The staff at the roadside restaurant would put a bin in front of the shop on a rainy day to use as an umbrella bin - embarrassingly, they all ended up being used as rubbish bins.
Affordance - an umbrella bin is essentially a bin, which is not dissimilar to a rubbish bin. How to design an proper 'umbrella bin' so that people will consciously put their umbrellas in it?
Designed for a roadside restaurant: when there are fewer customers on a rainy day, one of the bins can be turned over and used as an umbrella stand.
